IECC is the International Education Culture Center which was founded in the year 1986. IECC seeks to create an international cultural exchange through foreign languages. Now, as the world has been set in a living space of a day, anyone could know the importance of language abilities. And IECC is, as a training institute of Japanese for foreigners in Japan, doing its best, and trying to act a part in the education of foreign languages and international cultural exchange aimed for the globalization of good quality.

In the year 1991, Mr. President James Y. Kim founded Tokyo Education College as a Japanese language school, on the basis of the experiences in the first line of the education of foreign languages, to perform international cultural exchange more actively through the practical education of foreign languages. And for the purpose of the activation of international cultural exchange, he founded an Art Institute, Japanese School, etc. in China.
