Regardless of age, sex or nationality, students who have completed over 12 years of school education, or who are recognized to have a record of education equivalent to grade 12.

An applicant for General Japanese Course will get Student Visa.

• Fill out an application form and submit it to the instruction department of the College with appended papers and 20,000 yen(as an examination fee).
• Proceedings for an acquirement of Visa will be taken by IECC Tokyo Education College.
• If given the notice of the authorization from the Immigration Bureau of Japan, Certificate of State of Residence will be issued by 2 months before starting of lessons.
• As an applicant(or an agent) has been informed of it, he must pay the enrollment fee(school fees). After confirming it, the Certificate of Status of Residence will be sent by mail.
• An applicant should apply Student Visa at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in his own country.
• An applicant should enrol at the instruction department of IECC Tokyo Education College by a week before an entrance ceremony.

• Copy of all pages of passport
• Financial guarantee (prescribed form of IECC, fill out the company, address, telephone number and annual income of a financial guarantor by his own handwriting)
• The balance(in a current account) of the bank of a financial guarantor in English.
• The Certificate of the holding position(or the copy of business license) of a financial guarantor

• Examination fee is not refundable in any case.

• The notarial documents of an Chinese applicant is available within the limit of 6 months.

In case an applicant is not registered at IECC College by the time limit fixed, the admission will be canceled. In this case, the tuition is not refundable. If you want to change the enrollment date, you should inform the instruction department beforehand.
