Effective lessons in small groups

student At Tokyo Education College, classes consist of small groups; it will be suitable for the ability of language and aim of leaning of each student. And students can study freely in the comfortable study hall.

General Japanese Course (2 year- Course)

IECC Tokyo Education College adopts General Japanese Course as its main course. This course is planned for the people who want to acquire the ability of Japanese in the steady process with steps.

General Japanese Course is recommended:
  • For the people who want to be admitted to a professional school, a university or a graduate school.
  • For the people who need the ability of Japanese for a long stay in Japan.
  • For the people who need the ability of Japanese for the purpose of business.

There are 4 levels in the G- Course. All students will be joined the class of the level, which is fit for their abilities of Japanese by a simple Japanese test. And most students will prepare for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test because most of all colleges (Universities) demand the certificate of it. For the reason the lessons in the G-course are focused on learning of Living Japanese and passing the JLPT at the same time.

Basic Japanese Course (3 month- course)

Basic Japanese Course is an intensive course for 3 months. As this course is a short-term course the lessons are focused on the basic grammar of Japanese and daily conversations in Japanese. But, if students want to join a higher level they are allowed to do it by a simple test. In this intensive course, it is expected that students will be able to speak, listen and write general expressions in Japanese after the course.
